Booking a holiday

If you would like to holiday at Hillside Cottage please call Katie on 07775 578729 to confirm availability.

Once we are both happy with the dates and have agreed the prices I’ll ask you to send me a deposit of 40%.

I will follow this up with an email setting out all the costs and instructions on how to pay; once received I will confirm with another email. I like to keep a paper trail of all our negotiations for both our peace of mind!. The balance is due 6 weeks before you arrive and at this time I ask for a security deposit of £250.00 – just in case something goes horribly wrong!

Please note: additional cleaning costs and pet fees are as follows:

  • Hillside changeover clean and linen: £200 per booking.
  • Hot-tub change and tests: £100 (Hot-tub is OPTIONAL)
  • We welcome one dog per group at a charge of £40 each (maybe 2 – please check)
